How a lower or upper bound is applied to a clause's scores during min_max normalization.
Enumeration
| name | description |

| apply | Normalize against the bound without modifying the original scores. A score beyond the bound falls back to the clause's actual minimum or maximum score, so it is normalized by the standard min-max formula. |
| clip | Normalize against the bound, and clamp a score beyond it: a score below a lower bound becomes 0.0 and a score above an upper bound becomes 1.0. |
| ignore | Do not apply a bound to this clause; use the standard min-max formula. |
