Send a chat message to the Synapse chat agent

concreteType	STRING
sessionId	STRING	The sessionId that identifies the conversation with the agent.
chatText	STRING	The user's text message to send to the agent.
enableTrace	BOOLEAN	Optional. When trace is enabled, the agent will include information about its decision process and the functions/tools it will use to process this request. Default value is false.
attachments	ARRAY<FileHandleAssociation>	Optional. Existing Synapse files to attach to this message; each is a FileHandleAssociation the user must be authorized to download. Attached files are staged into the agent's code interpreter session and remain available for the rest of the conversation. Limits: a session may hold at most 20 attached files in total across all of its messages; each file must be <= 100 MB and one of the approved content types (text/plain, application/pdf, text/csv, application/json). Only honored for experimental grid (Curie) sessions; sending attachments to any other session type is rejected.
