PUT /search/pipeline/{searchPipelineId}
Update a NamedSearchPipeline.
The caller must be a Sage Bionetworks employee with
ACCESS_TYPE.UPDATE
permission on the Organization. The organizationName and name
are immutable and cannot be changed after creation.
The new settings are validated with the same rules as create. Concurrency is managed
via the etag field; an etag mismatch returns 409 Conflict.
