DELETE /dataAccessRequest/{requestId}/signature
Cancel a routed eDUC envelope, releasing the request from it.
The request stops referring to the envelope whatever state the envelope is in, so that it can be routed again or fall back to having a data use certificate attached by hand. Voiding the envelope at the signing service is attempted as well, but only an envelope still out for signature can be voided, and a refusal does not fail the call.
